Find bargains on Craig's List and then remarket them with a different approach for a higher price. Of course you may end up with products that don't sell so you can then run your own garage sale. Remember to keep accounts of what you paid for all your items so you can sell at a profit when you resell.

2. Start A Day Care Business

Starting a day care business may be a way to earn money at home. Rather than spending funds on day care for your family you can at least save that money while also making some more money at the same time. If you need to be licensed to operate a daycare facility out of your home, then do so. It can lead to a rewarding business that provides a much needed service for mothers who have to go to work every day

3. Drop By Pet Walking and Sitting

Turn your liking for pets into your business. With many people having to travel for work and others taking vacations where they cannot take their pets, you have a ready made business. You stop by and make sure the pets are ok, play with them, feed them, take them for walks and make sure they are ok. Not everyone is able to take their pets to a kennel yet are willing to pay considerable amounts of money to make sure their pets are taken care of.

Their pets are another member of their family and you will take care of a big concern for them when they have to leave town.
