By Deanna Collins

Everyone wants to possess the spark of inspiration. The problem is finding it. Like many traits, you find it when you aren't actually looking for it. You could be doing something as mundane as the laundry or driving to work when it hits. Living in that "aha" moment is worth the wait. What if you could recognize situations that bring on the spark?

You don't look for inspiration but you can look for these everyday inspirational tools.

Find Daily Inspiration in 15 Easy Ways

1. Music. They say that music calms the savage beast but it can also soothe the soul an open the mind to wonderful things. Listen to a favorite song or music from an artist that you've heard about. Sing along loudly if you wish. Don't hold back-really listen to the words and feel the music.

2. Animals. They are cute and cuddly and loyal to a fault. Pets could teach man a thing or two about life and trust. If you have a pet, try watching their actions from time to time. They are actually quite funny. As a substitute, watch the animals in the park or a zoo.

3. Nature. Whether it is the wind in the trees or the clouds in the sky, stop for a moment and just listen to nature. Experience it as you walk down the street. Experience it for a few moments each day sitting on your back porch.

4. Children. Whether they're your own or you're just watching them from afar, children have infinite wisdom. When they're really young, they live their lives with complete honesty.

5. Your favorite book. Books are a great source of inspiration. They never fail to offer a snippet of inspiration and a quote can often leave us changed for lifeeven if you've read it a hundred times.

6. Religious text. Memorize your favorite religious passages to find inspiration when you need it most.

7. Meditation. Millions of people can't all be wrong. Meditation quiets the mind so you can gain new insights without conscious thought.

8. Art is often created to inspire. Explore art you are drawn to and let it inspire you.

9. Textures. From the softness of animal fur to the feel of a plush carpet between your toes, textures can offer great comfort, sensation and a source of gratitude and inspiration.

10. Watch people. You learn interesting things from watching people in their native habitat. When you can, help another in need and encourage them to continue the kindness.

11. Find gratitude in your life. List what you are grateful for. Tell others that you appreciate them in your life.

12. Dancing. Move your body to express how you feel. Music is not required. Let your heart be light as you free your mind.

13. Friends. Talk to those you trust and let them challenge you to live life in a grander way. Share your joys, fears, and obstacles as well as hopes with them.

14. Quotes. Pick an appropriate quote everyday and let that inspire all that you do.

15. Hobbies. They add passion and meaning to your life. There is more than work that makes you feel worthwhile.

Inspiration comes from many places. You probably have encountered these situations before but didn't know how special they were-until now. - 15790
