The old school ways spent me out of my business

By John Wallen

One day you start thinking. It would be nice to be your own boss, and work from the comfort of your own home. So you set up an office area, computer fax, printer, all the things you would need to run your own home business.

With everything in place let the search begin. You purchase some opportunity magazines. Someone recommends some ezines. You look at on and off line classifieds. You surf the web, sign up for information, and get some calls from reps that you can barely get a word in edge wise with.

You start to look harder and harder at all the different companies. The different compensation packages. You analyze each companies product line. You think some more, than finally you've made your decision. And there you have it, your now an affiliate of one of the best companies on the internet.

You get into your new online back office with all the marketing tools, fool around there for awhile. Go over the comp plan and make sure you have it down. Sit through some archived training to get inspired. Then finally your sponsor calls or sends an email with his contact info.

He gives you a list of things to start doing, and your off and running doing everything he recommends. The business cards, the sizzle cards, he tells you to write a list of 100 people you know, and should pitch your new business too. I'm willing to bet you even consider flyers.

Than when none of that works, and you have no friends left. You push your comfort zone and purchase some leads. You get on the phone and vomit your opportunity, and still no luck, Then before you know it, you'll be spending yourself out of your business.

The old school ways just don't work. Maybe for a few pit bull type reps working 12 hours a day relentlessly. But for most people trying to grow their home business, old school networking fails every time.

I'm talking from experience, and maybe you figured that out already. But when I was about to give up, I came across this system of business building I read about in a ezine. And in 6 weeks time, my home business had grown at an unbelievable pace! If it's your goal to reach full time, you should take a look at this system! - 15790
