You see there is this idea out there that you have to compete to get ahead; that competing will move you ahead in life, and that's just not the truth.
The reason it's not the truth is because competition is an ego-based idea. It comes from the fear-based mind, and not the creative mind.
The idea that there is not enough to go around is rooted in fear. And any time you think there is a lack of something (ie. time, money, etc.) you're living in the scarcity mindset. You're living from fear.

Let me explain. I'm sure one time or another you've had an apple pie. And the way one person makes their apple pie is completely different from the way another person bakes it.
You see, some people will think you're pie is too sweet, that it is missing apples, or that the crust is too soft. Some might even think your pie is too small.
And I'm going to tell you that it doesn't matter how you bake your pie. There will always be someone who will like your pie.
